What Mutual Funds connects to
Workflow
Running Mutual Funds, step by step.
Client is onboarded and KYC checked
PAN in, KYC verified against the KRA, account opened. Existing clients arrive from a CAS file or an RTA folio master rather than being re-keyed.
Order goes into the basket
Purchase, redemption, switch, SIP or STP — alongside orders in other product classes for the same client, in one submission.
EUIN is checked and the order routes
An expired EUIN is caught here rather than by an AMC rejection two days later. The order leaves under your own exchange membership.
The RTA feed lands and holdings restate
Folio master and transaction files are processed as they arrive. Units, cost basis and the client’s consolidated position update from the file.
Brokerage computes and reconciles
Trail and upfront compute daily. When the AMC file arrives it is reconciled against what was computed, and the rows that disagree are flagged.
Regulatory
Where this sits with the regulator.
Distributors transact under their own ARN. EUIN validity is enforced at order entry, and KYC runs against the KRA inside onboarding. Finvica does not hold an ARN and is not a registered intermediary.
Finvica is a technology platform. It does not hold an ARN, does not advise, and does not solicit investments. You transact under your own registration and remain the regulated party in your own client relationships.

Who this is for
If this is the class you are here about.
Distributors searching for Mutual Funds handling are usually asking a bigger question about their whole book. The solution page for that buyer covers the rest of it.
Questions about Mutual Funds.
Which exchange do orders route through?
Whichever you are registered with. One routing entity is active at a time and you can change it later without re-registering clients or re-keying your book.
Do you support SIPs, STPs and SWPs?
Yes, including existing registrations migrated from another platform — those are mapped across rather than cancelled and re-created, so instalments continue and nobody re-mandates.
How is EUIN handled?
EUIN validity is enforced at order entry, and upcoming expiries surface on the dashboard before they bite rather than after.
What happens with corporate actions?
Dividends, bonuses and splits are applied to affected holdings and the book restates. You do not adjust units by hand.
Can I import my existing book?
Yes — from a CAS file, an RTA folio master or CSV, including transaction history and cost basis. It lands in a sandbox you inspect before anything goes live.
