Your registrations are yours. ProsperTech Private Limited is a technology provider and does not hold an ARN or act as an intermediary. You transact under your own ARN or RIA registration and remain the regulated party in your own client relationships.
Your client relationships are yours. We do not solicit, advise or approach your clients, and we will not use your book to compete with you.
