This document is being prepared with counsel and is published here in outline so you can see its structure. It does not yet create obligations, and the clauses below are incomplete. Ask us directly for anything you need for a diligence review in the meantime.
This explains what we do with personal data — yours if you contact us, and your clients’ if your firm uses the platform. It is written to be read rather than to be survived, and each section opens with a plain-language summary that is not itself binding.
Who we are
ProsperTech Private Limited operates the Finvica platform and this website. Where this policy says “we”, it means ProsperTech Private Limited.
Finvica is a technology provider. It is not a mutual fund distributor, investment adviser or portfolio manager. Where a wealth firm uses Finvica to serve its own clients, that firm decides how its clients’ data is used and we process it on their instructions.
What we collect through this website
When you submit a form. The demo, beta and enterprise forms collect your name, work email, phone number and firm name, plus the optional details you choose to give — your registration code, role, client numbers, current platform and what you want to discuss. We use these to contact you and to route your enquiry to the right person.
When you browse. We use one product analytics tool to understand which pages are read and where people leave. Non-essential cookies are declined by default and are only set if you agree.
What we do not do. We do not sell your details, share them with anyone outside ProsperTech Private Limited for their own marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
