Sub-broker management Map the client, split the commission, settle the month.

Without it

What this costs you today.

Sub-broker economics get reconciled in a spreadsheet nobody else can read, maintained by one person. When that person is on leave at month end, nothing settles.

What it does

Business rules, not adjectives.

  • Clients map to sub-brokers, and the mapping is history-aware.

  • Splits apply on configurable rules rather than a single flat rate.

  • Each sub-broker sees their own book and nothing else.

  • Payouts compute alongside your own brokerage, from the same reconciliation.

  • A mapping change does not rewrite historical splits.

On screen

Sub-broker management, as it ships.

Sub-broker mapping: a table of sub-brokers with their branch, the number of clients mapped to each, a default split, the date it took effect, whether they have a login, and an active or inactive status. One row is expanded to show its per-product split rules and a note that historic splits are not rewritten when a rule changes.
A sub-broker payout run: the run identifier, its period and a pending-approval status across the top, then a table of sub-brokers with their code, client count, AUM, gross brokerage, split percentage and computed payout, each marked matched, variance or held. The held row carries a note that its mapping changed mid-month and the split was pro-rated.

Coverage

Which product classes this covers.

Applies to every revenue line the platform computes.

How it works

Three or four steps, in order.

  1. Map the relationship

Client to sub-broker, with effect from a date.

  2. Set the split

By rule rather than by memory.

  3. Settle the month

Payouts compute from the same reconciled brokerage as your own.

Questions about sub-broker management.

Can sub-brokers log in and see their own book?

Yes, scoped to exactly their own clients and nothing beyond.

What happens if a client is re-mapped?

The change applies from its effective date. Historical splits are not rewritten, because rewriting them would change months that have already settled.
